We are a community of independent elder law and estate planning law firms in various locations across the U.S. From time to time, our members have flexible part-time and or temporary needs for experienced estate planning or estate administration paralegals and attorneys to draft estate planning documents.
Paralegals require a H.S. diploma and 3-5 years’ experience drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts powers of attorney, health care directives) and/or with estate administration. Attorneys must have their JD and be licensed in their state of practice.

Virtual assignments are based upon firm needs and also require a high degree of independence, ability to communicate frequently and effectively as well as to meet deadlines. High follow through, an incredible work ethic and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are a must as well. Prior experience using various drafting and/or case management systems, such as Abacus, My Case, Time Matters, Time Slips, Wealth Docs, Hot Docs, etc. also may be helpful depending on the specific position.
